We had two business experiences with North Ga. Stone. On a recommendation I called Tim Hancock, NGA sales representative, regarding the stone veneer products they carried for the exterior of the house and retaining wall. He came to our new residence with samples for us to review. Tim was very knowledgeable of his products, very nice and patient with us while we reviewed which stone would look best, be durable and be the most economical for our project. After we made a selection from the quotes Tim gave us, he organized the deliveries, three of them due to the area to work in; one delivery on New Years Day because the stonemasons were going to work over the Christmas/New Year Holiday. Now that’s service and the stone looked better than we expected.
When we wanted to use stone pavers for our driveway surface I called NGS again. Tim returned to our residence twice to show us samples of pavers. He recommended a new product from Belgard and got us a very good price. His quote for the pavers and the entire installation was very reasonable.
Larry and Michael, the two installers, began work as soon as the pavers were delivered. These two men are the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The craftsmanship and care was obvious in the meticulous work they did making sure it was the way we wanted it. We could not be more pleased with the end results.
